They need to be balanced. Unhook the postive so that it is the same as the negative.

NO no i played the reciever for a while before i realized it came loose, so when i hooked it up right i get no sound out of the center speaker. I know the center speakers good i tested it on another channel. Even when i do a test tone i get no sound from center channel.

Make sure it is hooked up correctly, if it worked before, don't see why it wouldn't work now. If it came loose, there isn't any reason it would stop working just because the wire came loose, unless it shorted itself out on something. Try hooking it up to either the L or R Front speaker wires and see if it works then.

Maybe the center channel turned itself OFF in the receiver's settings. Go into the menu and check.

Try doing a hard reset of the receiver and see if that helps at all.

Have you gone into the menu and verified that the center channel is turned ON?

Did you try a different set of wires between the receiver and the center channel?
Conversely, did you use the center channels speaker wire when you hooked it up to the other channel on the receiver?
