OK, we got it set up, but.....

We installed our polkaudio 3000 sound bar. It gives sound on regular tv chanels and our xbox, but it does not give sound on the digital channels. Did we miss something in setting it up, or does it not work on digital channels? Which it should, as most, if not all tv stations are supposed to be going digital. I just think we missed something. Anyone have any suggestions before I throw it out the window?!

    i do believe you have to have a special RF cable for digital. you can get 1 at radio shack

    Hello,
    Keep in mind the 3000 is expecting a two channel audio signal as opposed to a multi-channel signal. Make sure that whatever device you're using is set for "two channel" or "stereo" output. You might need to go into the source device menu and change the audio output signal to "two channel".
