Well it will be a year or so before I can think about a SuperCharger for my car, so you know me I can't keep it looking stock for very long,so I started in the Engine bay... Wheels are next, then exhaust, and coilovers..

Interesting. Never seen flames painted on an engine before.

    Mike,

It's just a cover that snaps on over the engine..

Wicked!! You decide on wheels yet? Check out Forgiatos if not. Everything I've seen is entirely too big on these cars. A nice 22" wheel would look intense on these but, I'm seeing 24s, 26s, even 30s . A tad too much for a Camaro, if you need a deal on tire/wheel package let me know. I have a legit wheel dealer in California who can best any price out there.

Edit: These guys are very good with offering nice packaged deals as well.

And definitely consider going with a staggered wheel

What no chrome? In my days Chrome was the way to go , go chrome or go home.
Looks really nice anyway. You should get a ET before and after your Supercharger Install.

Chrome was it for me back in the day as well, and all the orange billet pieces you see under the hood come in chrome but every Camaro I see has chrome and I wanted to do something different so I went with the orange not sure how it was going to look with the Synergy Green but I think I made the right choice. I am taking the car to the track next month for an ET, I want to go a few times this year knowing the air and track temp can change everything. I am also going to take it after the Exhaust and AirRaid install (before Supercharger), not expecting a whole lot of change but it will be fun anyways.

I like chrome when it's actually chrome, not plastic parts. I get that alot with my truck, why not chrome this or that. Well, if it was real, sure.

don't go bigger then 20" wheels on that car......22" wheels = more unsprung weight. you drivetraining will me movng 2 boat anchors....screw that. 20" in my mind is overkill but you cant go smaller than factory.

The flames are not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate the quality of it. looks like a nice job

Looks very nice! I wouldn't have thought of flames on the cover, but I like them, especially being outlined in green. The orange goes really well, too.

Got any pictures of the engine minus the cover?

    That looks awesome!

I saw on one of the shows on powerblock on Spike they put a super charger on one those. Which was pretty sweet by itself but to top it off they were able to use the same engine cover . They cut the sides off and threw away the middle part. It looked sweet. I've looked for pictures but can't find them.

They have the episode from Horsepower TV. It's called Supercharger vs. Turbocharger.
