    I've had the Bluestar 36" cooktop for 6 years now, they are as close to professional as you can get, with the star burners and open burner design. Since they replaced their ignition system with the new techtronics igniter, they don't have the same ignition problems the older models had.
    FYI, on the 22,000btu burner it takes 11 minutes to boil 4 quarts of water.
