Dee, how old is your cat & have you seen her doing this at other times as well? Has she been going to the bathroom a lot more etc? Has she lost weight?
Keep an eye on her, as she might have kidney disease.
...she is about a year old.
...she is a feral cat. We have kinda adopted each other. Spends most of her time outdoors. Took 6 months before I could pet her. Now I can scratch her stomach. Very picky eater. Likes the high priced cat food...but she is a light weight. A good mouser...doesn't eat them....likes the kill. Saw her drinking funky water from a bird feeder.....,will keep my eye on her. She gets along with my racoons ....4 generations...that come around. I really like the idea that she has learned to trust me. Gives "HOPE" to the world's situation.
Have been around animals all my life. This seems to be a common problem..... if only temporary. -
Do NOT scratch her stomach, it triggers defense modes in cats, and with her being feral, I don't think you want to risk getting bitten or scratched by her.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2

..too late for that info. Went threw the stages. Now we reached a place of "TRUST". Scares healed & expected...it's a process. JUST like in the real civilized world of "HUMANS". Time heals.
...I wonder if that "GRASS" thing works on hangovers??? Maybe the critters are on to something. -
Glad to hear it..!
