I've recently purchase the Soundbar 3000. I am tying to adjust the sound on the SubWoofer. While listening to a news reporter for example there is a static and a high pitch voice coming from the Subwoofer. How can I correct this situation?
I've turned off the TV speakers. The person at the store where I purchased said one should be able to bring up a menu using the soundbar 'learn' button. I can't seem to bring this about. Any suggestions?

As far as I know there is not a menu for the soundbar. i would try using one of the other channels on the soundbar to see if it helps.Front - RTiA5's
Rear - RTiA3's
Center - CSiA4
