He told the station if Woodmansee gets out, he believes he would kill again.

You can take that to the bank. That's one sicko the world would be better off without.

    Priceless

Coke, don't you amaze your self :tongue: I really like in one of your answer how you kind of imply that checking-answering your door call with a weapon is somewhat normality. Stay away from my house and trust me, I'll stay away from yours. IMHO, while broadcasting his intentions to the world is not the wisest thing to do, I can uderstand that man's pain and his lack of inteligence in doing so (hanger, pain and emotions speaks). In fact, someone creating a thread about answering his door with a weapon at hands disturbs me a lot more than a man simply responding out of hanger and fear of injustice.

That man was just saying what we would all be thinking. I have pity on the man who ever brings that sort of grief to my family---we're like the damn mafia, the offender will not survive the ordeal.

All the guy has to do is get a Doctor to be on scene with his... they can call it a retroactive abortion.

Under no circumstance should that tool (the killer)be allowed to breath free air again. Those that do such unspeakable things to a child deserve all they get in this life, and an extra measure of it when hell comes calling.

In my hand?? no offense but, where do you come up with this BS? ever hear of a holster?

oh, and there is nothing even remotely illegal about answering the door with a weapon... whereas, publicly announcing that you're going to murder someone is... well...

if hes gonna do it, do it... but he certainly won't do it now, after announcing it they will probably have an armed guard for the guy. Like I said, he's retarded.

Hah, sorry but I am not into that kind of political correctness. But, to appease the easily offended, by saying what that guy said to the people he said it to, he has showed that he is terribly slow witted. Not only does it cripple his chances to achieve his objective, but it has the chance of landing him in jail. If he attempts the murder, and gets caught, he's going away. If the guy is now prepared, or given an armed guard, he (the media ****) will probably get killed in the act.

Not smart... not smart at all.

Seriously. The R-word? Retarded just means the opposite of advanced. How many euphemisms do you need? After a while the new politically correct term will be not politically correct. I hope you were kidding.

Sometimes, the situation is best explained with terms like that... or even in hip-hop vernacular... just because people use words that don't require a thesaurus, doesn't mean that they don't have them in their vocabulary.

No, not really. It's not like I'm on a campaign, though. Just making the point that sometimes words matter. It's all in your perspective - sometimes it's beneficial to look at things from another.

Yes, **** also means to make something slower.

Kinda like fat people are fat, but it doesn't sound nice so they use a nicer word and are called obese? They still are fat. Sorry to me it's not so much the words, but how they are used. Changing the original wording doesn't change the condition.

I'm sure that would happen given a chance. He must be in a secure part of a prison. Convicts don't let child molesters and child killers live very long in there do they.

The convicted piece of waste should be fed to the flesh eating beatles at the Tennesee cadaver decomposition university."The body Farm"

Then his bones ( maybe his living body to begin with  )dumped over a live volcano so they can go straight back to where they came from.

I have no interest in debating this, just trying to raise awareness. I've probably used the word thousands of times in my life in a way that might be considered derogatory, but after having met a few different people along the way who have impacted me greatly, I made a conscious decision to do my best to refrain from using that word in that sense.

The sad part is that he was offered a plea bargain to spare the family the pain of a trial. You would think there would have to be a way to get a conviction an spare the gory details, but I guess there's not. I mean, this sicko was in possession of the victim's bones... Yeah, I know that doesn't prove murder, but... could there be any other rational way to explain it?

innocent until proven guilty.... and to be honest, I wouldn't have it any other way. It sucks enough having to pay, sometimes your entire savings, to defend yourself in court, but how much worse would it suck to not be able to defend yourself at all?

Even if the case is cut and dry, denying him this right would set precedent that would extend far beyond one family's problems.

Oh, by no means am I suggesting that anyone be denied due process. It just seems like there should be ways of getting a proper and just conviction without getting into the sickening details. Perhaps the prosecution's case was weak. It is a shame, is all I'm saying.
