If you search "wangotango", and go to the very FIRST result (as in the oldest, not the "topmost", it's a thread on him **** someone over. Not name-calling, just plain facts about "We agreed on a sale, I sent money, and he decided he could get a better deal and sold the item to someone else." It's not search sleuth, it's not being dumb. I understand you're not familiar with the concept.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

VD get lost. Don't ever ask me for any help. When you figure out there are two cliques in the Polk forum return. One is the ones that realize we are like a family. The other is just putz monkeys that come in and spew crap when they don't know what they are talking about. Again VD you are a disease. Come back when you figure it out. Take Blue Monkey with you.
    Cheers

Wheres the love? Did you READ my very few posts?

Claiming a stranger, merely trying to sell gear, is the CP's archenemy is not taking care of your family. What if it happened to you?

Dyeraudio did it right and showed the OP was wrong

I don't doubt this character he thought it was is a bad person.

I don't know any blue monkeys???

For that matter I don't know you. Or why I should care what you say.
    See you around.

You missed the poiint. What if it happened to your best friend who didnt have such a long term relationship with CP and Ebay? I'd like to think you're the kind of person who would be outraged.

You are right Jstas! "LOL "
No reason to shut up...I have done nothing wrong. Or slandered anyone.
Or called anyone names..(well, maybe once in reply. Its immature.)
I've been attacked for staying quiet and for being vocal.
    Vocal is better.

You'd think I was defending this Scott guy. I am not.

I got a bead on bluemonkey over on CarverAudio.com a long time ago when he was offering an amp for sale. It was one answer one day, a different answer the next. I wrote him off as an untrustworthy fool and broke off negotiations, I've also warned responders to his sale ads by PM to beware of him and his unfair practices. Never did I realize that it was the infamous scum waffle Trigg! Lucky are those that have dealt with him and not been screwed over in the process. BTW....what is the Statute of Limitations on Interstate Mail Fraud ? There could/should be Federal charges for someone found guilty of those previous acts.

That is why I use US Postal money orders for big purchases when I don't know who I am dealing with. It's a feaderal fraud charge if you stiff someone that way.

So...you all can't stand this guy and want him to be gone, correct?

Then quit encouraging him to stay here by making him the center of attention. Point out what he did and warn everyone, by all means...but I don't believe it's necessary to turn this into one of CP's numerous 15 page **** fests of people repeating the same BS over and over again. The guy did some wrong in the past...no one's denying that. I wasn't around back then, and honestly don't care one way or the other. If you were ripped off by the guy...I'm sorry, that sucks. Unfortunately, that's simply one of the risks that you take anytime you buy something over the internet.

Just point out what he did and move along. Is there really a need to turn this into a flame war?

You're all ganging up on virtualdean for some reason now. Not quite sure why that is. I saw nothing in his posts that justifies the way some of you have replied to him. Was he supposed to go through and read wangowhateverdudes entire post history? He said he searched, and all he found was people attacking each other with no mention of the root cause of the problem. That's very likely, considering that there are thousands upon thousands of pages of people attacking each other for no immediately obvious reason on here. I guess you're all suggesting that he should have spent several hours out of his day reading up on wango's entire post history. Yeah...that would have been the logical thing to do. We've all got time for that.

Perhaps instead of telling virtualdean to "search", someone could have provided him with a link or two that would have taken him right to the heart of the issue. That would have been the simpler thing to do. People around here don't seem to like pasting links into their posts though. They just say "search", and get pissed off when the people search and CP's horrible search engine doesn't immediately provide them with the few specific posts that the "search suggesters" want the "searchees" to find.

Oh well. That's all I've got to say on this subject. I'm sure some of you will have some interesting/irrational responses to this post, but you'll be wasting your time...because I probably won't ever even see them.

    Enjoy your flame war everyone.:wink::smile:

I didnt want to post I really didn't. I will though, to straighten this twisted thread. Its giving me a headache trying to see all the mistaken assumptions. Several of you are apparently confusing me with /scottie/blue monkey...

I AM NOT HIM> i dont know him. I dont want to know him.

Virtualdean is a recent polkie audio hobbyist who had no prior knowledge of your archenemy. I did not defend him. he sounds like a thoroughly despicable person. You guys have him in hand.

What I object to was the slandering of an INNOCENT man, the one who was actually selling his gear on audiogon. The OP's post said he was your man...dont buy from him.

Dyeraudio's post showed that he is innocent and is not your guy...
    No one seemed to care.

Scottie/Blue Monkey is apparently your man. He taunted you. (cp)

No connection whatsoever with virtualdean in any way shape form or fashion.

Read my posts and look for dirt...you won't find any.

I may have lashed back at the odd troll that attempted to insult me.
I do believe any of you would have done the same.

FI...you sent me a PM? You posted a link not directed to me. I didn't get to read it.
