Cheers

I'm sure that once I get there, I'll behave like an uncontrollable kid in a candy store.

I had a pretty good time. Hardly any of the music rigs had subs.
Most of the pictures I have are crappy phone photo's, but I may post a few anyway.

Here are the 3 major things I learned:
    1. Thank God I am not an audiophile nor have any desire to be (No disrespect to anybody)
    2. Set-up and room placement of gear and speakers = HUGE effect on sound...more than I previously imagined
    3. My humble rigs ain't all that bad

Anybody else want to share their thoughts?

    4. Most the rooms ran the audio too loud!
    5. Some show vendors are really nice guys! Like Tyler Audio (even if he does like antiques  ).
    6. Great sound in few rooms. Some bad sound in a few too!
    7. A lotta folks missed out on a good time.
    8. You have 'ta hope they do Atlanta again and next time to be able to get there to do 3 days at the show!

A so called science type proudly says... "I do realize that I would fool myself all the time, about listening conclusions and many other observations, if I did listen before buying. That’s why I don’t, I bought all of my current gear based on technical parameters alone, such as specs and measurements."

More amazing Internet Science Pink Panther wisdom..."My DAC has since been upgraded from Mark Levinson to Topping."
