SurroundBar 3000 static

Help, there is a substantial amount of static when I change inputs from Satellite to Game System, or DVD player, and viseversa. Once the link is established though the sound is great but for two or three seconds during the switch the speaker emits very loud popping and static noises. Anyone else have these issues? Is it harmful to the speakers? All my devices are set to the proper audio settings incluiding the LCD tv (LG btw).

    I have the same issue. The only way around it is to turn the tv input to HDMI before turning it off. If it’s left on something like Netflix or casting, when it’s turn on there is an ear splitting noise. Did you get help on this?
