    Ben, you continually try to personalize this and place a burden on me. I'm simply acting as a reporter of the evidence presently available to us. The burden, either in science or in law, is upon those presenting a claim. Controlled double-blind tests have failed to show the differences claimed with regard to cables and speaker wire. The question is still open for further investigation, but attempting to ignore the presently available evidence doesn't demonstrate an open-minded approach .

    As a "reporter" then, you should include both sides of the argument and not be biased to one side. Any good reporter can use google to get the opposite side of a discussion. Since you made the claim that they don't matter, isn't the burden of proof on you ? If so, please list what you have experimented with, the gear involved and the test conditions that allow you this one sided opinion.

    Personalize it? What evidence? You have none. You and many like you think that science has it all figured out. People like yourself don't have an open mind. I believe that someday the things we hear may be measurable, but till then I guess I'll have to use the measuring devices that I have always trusted. My ears:smile:
