I'm not sure if that is a relevent statement. I guess it depends if the amp response is measured across the entire spectrum at all power levels, or simply at a single power level.
From my own personal experience, when I went from a Sony DA7100ES (175W/ ch at 4 ohm) to a Sunfire TGA-5400 (800w/ch at 4 ohm) improved bass response on my LSi15s was the first thing I noticed. Bass was clearer, solid, and well defined. It has a more precise image versus being slightly diffused or muddy, as people say.
All in all, more power has been a great improvement in both the HT, and the two-channel system, and I do not mean because it plays louder. I mean because it sounds better at normal listening levels.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Just do auto. That gives you the three options I suggested earlier. Default will be 1 phase, 2 frequency response (probably more bass) and 3 flat to front mains.
Hey,I don't think I have that funtion. I've been looking for it and can't find it.
Maybe it's on SC-37's and not my SC-35?Fronts: Polk RTi A9
