    Beautiful, poetic justice.

Of course they don't know what's going on, they are as out of touch with human beings as the politicians are. Cost them though, and that makes me SMILE.

WE the people HAVE to respond---or face penalties. About time those faceless jackasses faced a penalty.

Thanks Danny, for making my day.

Its possible they just don't care about that kind of money and thought it would blow over.. Accountants at my place of business don't get out of bed for less than $15,000.. But very good to see a "regular" guy annoy a Big Bank =)

They call me about once a week to ask about "refinancing".
I politely tell them to go away. USMC politely tell them.

That would't happen to be at the pointy end of a bayonet, would it?

The way I see it, if he has been jacked around that much by them, Wells Fargo should be forced to relenquish all claims on his home and forgive the debt. Maybe that would get the bank's attention.

Awesome story, I truly despise most of the big banks for the way they handled their erroneous lending practices in the past by passing on the payment for their errors to us and then failing to assist the taxpayers that bailed them out with proper modifications. I now refuse any type of loan or credit that is backed by Wells Fargo and actually refinanced my home just so BOA wouldn't be the lender. I bank with a local credit union now and actually feel appreciated and responded to there.
