    Thanks for the good deal on the Panamax unit! UPS didn't do such a hot job w/handling the package, but fortunately it was packed well enough that it wasn't damaged. (I can't say the same for the shipping box).

    Jeez! What the hell was sitting on top of the Pana..a refrigerator!? I would have been freeking out seeing that box on my porch. If ever there was a reason for double boxing and over-packing, the condition of that box is it.

    Anthony, just make sure there are no dents and that it works properly. Actually, there shouldn't be any scratches either. It is insured for the retail price if we need to go that route.

    The PC is not detachable :( But it is a pretty stout line. I already have a SC MP from the Pana to the Rotel receiver. Too bad I couldn't use it here, but hey, I got a good deal on the unit either way :)

    Greg, it's all good. Like I said, surpisingly the unit was flawless, except for one slight smudge/scratch on the face plate under one of the LED lights about 1/4". Not even noticible unless you're taking close-up shots to post on the Club Polk Forum :D

    Either way, the unit works fine (haven't test the 12V trigger yet but I'm sure that works since everything else does). I made out like an Iraqi looter on this deal. Review to come later. First impressions are that my cable video signal is much clearer.
