Thank you Polk Audio customer service

Kudos to Polk Audio customer service; I had a broken leg on my RTi A9's. I called the 800 number and was given the phone number to my local dealer in Ontario, Canada.
Called local dealer and within 2 days UPS showed up with 2 new legs at no charge.

Awesome service from State side and Canada. It was my first time using customer service after buying/owning at least 7 different types of Polk Audio speakers. A testament to Polk Audio's quality and now the positive customer experience.

    Agreed. The gang in customer service is a great bunch of guys and gals who truly care about Polk customers. They catch their share of flak so its nice to hear positive comments. Thanks. :smile:
