    Thanks for the info. I think I have found a pair of RT16s are a reasonable cost. Just waiting for the pics to confirm condition. :)
    I still want that 350 of yours if you still want to sell. Had any luck on putting pics together?

    The only hesitation that I can think of with the 16's specifically out of CA is that there was a person that came on the Forum a little while back(whose thread I can't seem to find) and was bitching about how he blew every single driver in both of the towers, as well as his car subs etc etc.

    The only way that I would consider buying (specifically the 16's) is if you have a friend out there that can stop by and physically check them out. I guess there's always going to be risk, but the guy I'm talking about clearly had beat the hell out of those things.......

    Actually, that's not the exact thread that I was thinking of, but it had comments in there from Jaster, who is the one that had started the old thread. That one is:

I had a co-worker go and check out the most recent pair that I bought and made him take off the drivers to check the condition of the cones etc.

    Dragon, you never did say what you found a pair for. Was it THAT good of a deal that you don't wanna share?:D

    I havent closed the deal yet so there isnt a final price I just figured it will end up reasonable. I am waiting for pics to attempt to ascertain condition. I will post the deal when and if its final...if not ill post anyway someone else may want to take a stab at them. ;)

    This speaker has been on top of my TV for years. After pulling it down and dusting it off a bit it looked absolutely mint.....until I took it outside to get better light for the pictures....., it was like 95 degrees out and I was only out there about 15 min, but the freakin, trim started to come loose along the top behind the grill. It looks like it's some kind of vinyl trim that's tucked down into that groove along the top and it was so hot it musta melted the adhesive or something. I think I can re- glue it pretty easily. I'll take a picture and show it to you. :(
