    polkfarmboy,

You got your receiver back in working order, or at least in the same condition you sent it out in. The other guy paid for shipping, so you're out, basically, nothing.

You should really just stop now.

Although, honestly, I think the damage is pretty mich done at this point - you've already made quite an **** out of yourself and you've openly called someone out and have called them a liar. Not cool, it's going to be very hard to recover from that, especially given the fact that you're basically not out anything.

Maybe you got screwed, maybe you didn't, but the way you've handled this entire situation in public fashion and the way you've responded when people have provided their input is very immature and inappropriate, and has likely caused damage to your image that may only be undone by time and slowly regaining people's trust.

Well it seems there is one set of rules for new guys and another set of rules for other guys

Who said anything about money receivers or anything like that?

I think there is alot of jerks here that think they can do whatever they want and just argue about everything

Its a double standard I have noticed here and dont care to mention names if asked

I think being true to your word and having pride is slowly vanishing just like common courtesy

    This is not CultPolk

    Buh....Bye

To the tune of"Needle and the Damage done"

I saw you knockin' at the FM door
Sell some gear and then buy somemore

    Oh,oh, the damage done

I hit the forum and I fell from grace
The Polk FM is such as awesome place

    Oh,Oh the damage done

I post away because I love the folk
lets' not forget it's in the name of Polk

don't turn out to be a setting sun
treat people fair and then have some fun

    Gone,gone,,the damage done

That was good. No .... that was REAL good ! Of course, I'm partial to Neil Young, but ..... that was REAL good. I shall always, from this point on, think of Polkfarmboy as my very own "Cinnamon Girl". (yeah, I know that's a different song  )

Another good thing we can all get out of the thread are the excellent cat pix from bobman and silvertuner. Excellent work there also, gentlemen.

PFB, here's a little educational video which may be helpful to you. It is 10 minutes long, but after viewing it, you may see things in a different light.
