wireless on these new subs is lossless so there shouldnt be any negative affect whatsoever.

(i'm very familiar with the wireless Polk PSWi225 and the wireless performance on that sub was shockingly good. never got it to loose connection or anything)

It pretty much looks like the same sub as the 600 with the main difference being WIRELESS capability and a doubling of the wattage from 250 to 500 watts continuous. Which is a GOOD thing.

As for the frequency response. There is NO change. The 600 and the 660 both have a REAL low end of 25hx +/-3db.

The lower price, is NICE though!!

I'm not sure which one has better specs or you would prefer, but since you mentioned the Klipsch Sub 12 I noticed that is currently in the shell shocker deal section of NewEgg for 239.99 if it makes a diff to your choice. Good luck in your search.

That's a great price on the SUB-12 but it can't really compete, 'musically', with the Polk DSW above. Klipsch subs have sloppy bass--though good low thump output?
