Would it be allright to run two different brands of subwoofers on my 7.2 system? I haven,t purchased my second yet, but am curious of this. ! ANYONE!

it has been done, however since they both may not reproduce the same frequencies and or have the same wattage it could be more trouble than its worth to get them both to blend together."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." I've done it for a year now, Onkyo sub from the SKS-HT870 system and an Energy 200watt sub, with similar volume settings and EQ, the blend was decent.
I am however upgrading to some serious sub, I'm x-ing to two priors and replacing them with an Epik Empire.Source: BRP Panasonic UB9000, CDP Emotiva ERC3 - Display: LG OLED EVO 83 C3 - Pre/Pro: Marantz 8802A - Amplification: Emotiva XPA-DR3, XPA-2 x 2, XPA-6, Speakers, Mains/2ch-Focal Kanta No2's, C-LSiM706, S-702F/X, RS-RTiA9's, WS-RTiA9's, FH-RTiA3's, Subs - Epik Empire x 2

Been running a Velodyne DPS-12 in tandem with an Infinity PS210 for almost a year on an Onkyo 806. Wish I had room for an Epik...What are you using for a receiver? If you have an avr with Audyssey, there are some great tips for balancing multiple subs here:

DIDN'T KNOW IF YOU WERE ASKING ME. I HAVE AN ONKYO TX-NR808. MY 806 WENT SOUTH ON ME AFTER 2 YEARS (left channels stopped working). FOR WHATEVER REASON IT ONLY WORKED IN FULL MONO.LIVING ROOM: Onkyo TX-NR808 Receiver | Emotiva XPA-5 Amplifier | Polk Dsw Pro 660wi Subwoofer | Polk RTi A9 Fronts | Polk CSi A6 Center | Polk FXi A6 Surrounds [5.1 Channel Setup]
