Also, I need to throw out an honorable mention for Blink 182. -

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....
"Green leaves reveal the heart spoken Khatru"- Jon Anderson
"Have A Little Faith! And Everything You'll Face, Will Jump From Out Right On Into Place! Yeah! Take A Little Time! And Everything You'll Find, Will Move From Gloom Right On Into Shine!"- Arthur Lee -
From my youth:
The back cover of Pink Floyd's Ummagumma
and King Crimson - In the court of the Crimson King probably made the biggest impressions.
For political statement Nirvana - Nevermind
Have always remebered those album covers.
ScottWithout music to decorate it, time is just a bunch of boring production deadlines or dates by which bills must be paid. ..... Frank Zappa -

Are you sure thats not a dude tucking his junk??? -
Don't have pics, but my fav is Eagles Greatest Hits 71-75.
On a side note I've been racking my brain trying to remember the group or album that ALL I can remember is the cover. It was a royal blue backdrop w/ water beads on it like a turtle wax ad in a weird way. The song I remember was basically a recording of a thunderstorm if memory serves me, and for some reason I'm thinking it might have been released on the Mercury label? Dates from mid to late 60's would be my best guess. Any ideas?2-ch System: Parasound P/LD 2000 pre, Parasound HCA-1000 amp, Parasound T/DQ Tuner, Phase Technology PC-100 Tower speakers, Technics SL-1600 Turntable, Denon 2910 SACD/CD player, Peachtree DAC iT and X1asynchorus USB converter, HSU VTF-3 subwoofer. -

If that is the poster I am thinking it is, I have it in perfect condition in one of my Queen Jazz albums. Shows just enough to be sexy. Leaves a little to the imagination. -

I need to post some old Funkadelic albums when Pedro Bell did the artwork. Those were great and always had really trippy rants and naked women, which are always a plus in my book.

Zappa had a ton of great album art...one of my favorites:

Although I don't have a pic of it I always thought the cover of "Heavy Metal" was one of the best. Weird movie however...Remember, when you're running from something, you're running to something...-me

Dark Side of the Moon.. for some reason it perfectly summarizes the listening landscape for me.

These are some of my favorites that I have held on to over the years. The Bristish version of Electric Ladyland,, considered too riske' for the US at the time,, then another copy of EE Vol 1,,European Version,,The picture lp is from/by a group "Magical Love",, not necessarily known for their music, but a cool lp,,it's on very heavy vinyl,I've had this since the 70's. Hope ya'll enjoy the pics.I'll try to post some better ones of both sides of the Magical Love lpJC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

OOOPs, didn't realize they'd made different "Heavy Metal" movies. I meant the original cover of the first (gal riding on a, whatever it is).Remember, when you're running from something, you're running to something...-me

Allow me to let you folks know a little bit of trivial ****. George, I hope you don't mind. Our resident forum member here [Mr. Daniels] has forgotten more knowledge of LP facts, songs, trivia, you name it about the golden age of vinyl than I would ever hope to know 1/100th about. See, back in the day, he used to own a record store. He has first hand knowledge of SO, so, SOOOOOO many LP's, bands, players, who played with who and the like.
Every time I see George, it's always a wonderful time. Not just because he and his wife are very gracious hosts and guests but because every time I hear what he wants to play or has playing on the LP player, it's something I have never heard and it's 98% of the time freakin' outstanding. Not only for the lost gems of music but many times for the quality of the music itself and the quality of the recording. I can't remember the amount of times I have called him and asked "Who was that you had playing.....?". That's a question I really don't ask that often but hey, the man has good taste.
Thanks for the posts so far in this thread.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~
