Crossover question

I'm trying to rehab a RT800i, when I bought it the tweeter was dead I replaced the tweeter and went to the xover. The cap was cooked and may have damaged the board. If the board is bad can I a new one from Polk? I don't need anything except the board. Any idea what the cost might be? Thanks in advance for the help.

I really doubt they just sell the board. In my guess it's the whole crossover. Call CS at 1-866-764-1801 . Tell you have a Club Polk Member and receive a discount.

Thanks Vette C6.r, any idea what a crossover will cost for the Rt800i?

Sorry I don't. The only one I ever got was for a LSI and the whole crossover came. It was a warranty item so I didn't pay for it.

I doubt your board is bad unless it's burnt. A pic of the board would help.“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” ~ Mark Twain

If the board is NLA, draw up a schematic from the working board and solder in some jumpers."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

BenPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks
