Following a Wii usage on aux1, SB360 will not respond to the remote other than to show Polk Audio on display. Will not respond to remote changing the input to cbl/sat etc. Manually will not open DVD drawer, or respond to anything other than power on. Ideas?

    Hello,
Sorry you're having a problem. I may be a little rusty on this product, it's been a while since I've worked with one. Try removing the control box's AC power cord from the wall outlet, let it sit unplugged for a few minutes and re-plug it in the wall outlet. See if this resets the control unit.
    Regards, Ken

Ken, didn't this one have a 'hard reset' button on the rear? I remember mine having this issue a couple times, but I can't remember if it was just a hard power cycle like you suggested or not to fix it.
