Demo: This is actually a preview of a full on review. The cables are not burned in enough to justify a full review, IMO.

I will offer my immediate thoughts, as the change in the sound was quite obvious

    Burn in wth?
How in the world can you burn in wiring ,come on give me a break....
I'll be getting a Signal Cable Magic Power Cord in the mail next week. I've never ventured into the power cord realm before. It should be interesting. After it burns in, I'll be borrowing a wack of power cords from my local shop and have a shoot out. It'll be fun.

Here's a burn in test you can try for yourself. Hook up the cables to your amp and the other ends to your nut sack. See if something doesn't burn in.

    Would you recommend a bi-amp configuration?:D

The thing I like about the AudioQuest cables is that they're multi-colored. I happen to like the cables and interconnects that are blue (cause blue is my favorite color) but how does the blue cables compare to the quality of them?

    The cables are:
    sky coaxial,fiber optic,sub-1,everest,nrg-1

Now dont take in effect that I like blue for my cables, just tell me if those are good cables to have.

His focus is primarily on base resonance, transients, holographic imaging, rhythm & pace, visceral impact, presence, transparency, naturalness, midrange purity, atmosphere, depth and finally high-resolution during any reproduction. He is able to pick up the smallest details during his A/B testing. Details much finer than any human could pick up.

Soundstage has also indicated to me that blue cables sound much better than the green ones. Green is just a little too heady for his tastes.;)

    WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Great post!!! I think I see the problem with your dog. His primary focus is wrong as he should be looking at bass resonance. ;)

cool pebbles, I would think if someone took a whiz on an electrical fence the burn in would be evident pretty quickly.

Black wires are best, they hold heat making the wire warmer smoothing harsh highs........this should be obvious.

Well what interconnects & speaker cables do most people like here? I like Monster but nobody hardly likes them. Say they're overpriced and overrated. That they're the Bose of speaker cables. I've heard of Blue Jean Cables, AudioQuest, Signal Cables and Cobalt Cables. All of which I dont really know too much about.

You should start cheap and work your way up, until you don't find a positive benefit. That may come early or it may come later, that's something you'll have to figure out on your own. Good luck.

    Josh,

Monster more or less cooked their goose here based on company policies about their name, suing folks who had the word Monster in their title. The wire itself is not bad, I still have some of their higher end stuff, it can be overpriced.

You won't go wrong with Signal Cable.
