At least your friend had some good friends at the end of the road. We are all just glad he was able to save you Ben...we all know you would have done the same if you could have.

Well I just received a phone call from my friend. He was at the hospital getting treatment for colon and stomach cancer. He had been there for a few days and was pretty sick. He had lost his father to cancer and watched him suffer through the ordeal. I guess it wasn't quick and clean for his dad. On the 23rd he decide to take his own life. He hung himself there at the hospital. What bothers me is he had some true friends that would have stuck it out till the end with him. I think what he did was a selfless act not wanting to put others through what he went through even if I don't agree with it. The thing that bothers us the most is he didn't call either of us. We were real good friends that hung out a lot and watched movies together...I want to thank all of you for your PM's, offers to call and talk, and mostly your prayers. I am really not up to talking to anyone right now.
    Again
    Thanks
    Ben
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

I am sorry to hear that he died and how he died. Like George said he probably wanted to face it alone.

Take solace that he isn't suffering anymore.

    My prayers are with you.
