Trouble with CSi A4

I recently purchased a full RTi system and it has been great, recently I have been getting a sound from my CSi that sounds like distortions for lack of a better word from the left of the two woofers. I took the grill off and gently pushed on the woofer and I can hear what sounds like scraping coming from behind the woofer on that side where I donot on the other. I shook the speaker a bit and the scraping went away along with the "distortion" sound. what could cause this and should I send it back for a new one?
