    Nothing. It never gets away.

Does that mean you are the guy who got the $200K/yr job as Scarlett Johanson's pool boy?

I swim as good as a Coke machine. I never would've chased after the job.

For Ava Gardner I would've grown gills. That wasn't getting away.

I think mine was Julie Christie (Google her you youngsters out there), or maybe Kate Bush...now I would drink an entire bathtub of her bathwater.

Yamaha YTS-62 Tenor Sax at a pawn shop. They wanted $100($1500 MSRP in 1986) for it because it would not play. I looked it over and saw it was missing a .15 pad up high which made it not play at all. That night I had a rehearsal and told a guy in my section about my find. I told him how stoked I was to go back and get it the next day. After school I go straight to the pawn shop and it was GONE. The next week at practice I'm still bumming about losing out on this deal. The guy looks me right in the face and says, "Man, it really plays GREAT!" I got up packed my horn and left.

A pair of B&W Nautilus speakers at an estate sale I was unable to attend. Even if I did not like how they sounded (like that would happen) they could keep my Geiger stuff company. I bet they would look sweet with a custom Geiger type paintjob on them.
