Odd problem that I'm hoping Polk can help me with. Ive had the Isonic 2 unit for just about a year and finally got an iphone 3g but when i use the dock only the LF and RR (and sub) work. The other 2 speakers midly hum when i put my ear close to them. In radio mode all speakers work great-AM or FM...I was never able to test the dock of this unit and im thinking now the unit had a problem with the dock from the getgo. My warranty is right about a year or just over but i'm hoping polk can make good on this. I have been a big proponent of polk products and have the full TSI line also, I show off your products to guests who come over all the time. I really love this little unit and desperatly want to use the dock for music. I checked the firmeware update and its 1.35 so i think im good on that end.
Best,
John

    Call them on Monday.

Do they all work with your iPod from before? Reload the firmware upgrade in case something was corrupted. If you have an iPod cable that gives you a pair of RCA jacks, use the AUX input and see if all the speakers work.

You're out of warranty and if they worked before, it wasn't a problem from the "get go". They will probably help you and perhaps they've seen this before, who knows. Let us know how it turns out and/or what happened after doing what I suggested.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
