Tweeters On Monitor 60

hello all,
I purchased these speakers about 4-5 years ago, the Tweeters went out about a year or so after I got them. I knew at the time I still had a warranty but had so many other things going on I just forgot about them. I want to use these speakers again now that I have the time to actually enjoy them

I contacted Polk C.S. today but its Saturday night, I know they can help.
I was just curious, is this common with the Tweeters on the Monitor 60's?
