Hi All,
I am new to this forum and to the Home Theater World.

I recently purchased a Onkyo TX-SR508 7.1 receiver and RM6750.1 for my apartment. The performance does not seem to be very satisfying. Hence I wanted to get suggestions on the compatibility? Both products individually had very good reviews on Amazon. My question here is whether they are compatible systems. Is the compatibility causing an issue in performance?

Any suggestion, guidance is highly appreciated.

Regards,
Faiz

How do you have it all hooked up to the receiver ? What is it exactly that you don't like about the sound ?

I used an RM6750 set for one day. It wasn't very satisfying for me either. Those speakers are small, even for satellites. You have no choice, but to upgrade. Try bookshelves.

Good luck, and welcome to Club Polk!

I agree unless you have a very dmall room. What is your chance of returning? I would also suggest you try the new Blackstone; http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/blackstonetl/. Check if Mark (Doro) would allow you to demo them. I would also wait for the TL3 to come out soon if the TL1 do not deliver as you want.

BTW, what size is your room? Oh and welcome to Club Polk Faiz:smile:
