Crossover help needed!

Hey guys! iam new to the club and i want 2 thank in advance 2 all of you that help me out.

Well first of all iam new to the crossover setup so i will really thank if you can tell me whats the recomended crossover settings for:

L-R: RTI A1
CENTER: CSi A4
SUB: PSW10
SORROUND: RM6750
Reciever: Onkyo TS-SR608
IAM BIAMPING THE FRONT SPEAKERS

i Used the Mic and it gave me:
L-R: 40HZ
CENTER: 40HZ
SORROUND: 90HZ TOTAL!
IS THIS OK OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

    40 is way to low for a center, and it is also low for your mains. Manually set them at 80hz all around.

    I think you will enjoy it more at 80. It takes a load off the speakers and the AVR.

    any suggestions on my sub? it has a knob from 80-100 all the way 2 160hz

    Turn the crossover on your sub to OFF. If it does not have a off setting crank the crossover on the SUB all the way to 160hz. Set the crossover on your receiver all to small for all the speakers and 80hz for the sub as well if there is a function for that..
