"Fumbling Towards Ecstasy" or "Afterglow" are probably at the top of the list for me.
I would just add 'Freedom Sessions' and 'Surfacing' to that list. Freedom Sessions is a compilation of unreleased/live versions of all the songs on FTE I think FTE was sold as a dual pack in the US, in which case you already have this.
I like the music on Surfacing but I think she's used the vocoder a bit on this cd and that doesn't seem to go well with her voice.
Oh yeah and 'Bens Song' off Touch. -

This song has been done by Celine Dion and most recently by Clay Aiken. Aiken performs it very well and IMO it is the best thing he has done. I like the following version best of all. It is by Avalon...a Contemporary Christian group.

Now for some real oldies...
Most of you have probably never heard of Andy Williams (well maybe you've heard his version of "Moon River"). He was a staple in our house for many years at Christmas. In fact I have the LP pictured in this video. Every year Goodyear Tires put out a Christmas LP with lots of the top singers and musicians of the day. I think my dad bought them all. You still see lots of them at Goodwill stores.
