Yeah, I knew that. I was just wondering did he know what he ordered.

Ah, gotcha. Maybe he's just confused.

Type 4's are Audioquest, not signal. They are pretty decent entry level cables.

Monster is mostly crap. They have made a few good products over the years, but I refuse to buy anything with their name on it because they are a bunch of d-bags.

You can also ignore anything John K says in a cable thread. He's just jealous that he can't afford good cables. He also hates Christmas, slaps babies, and puts ketchup on hot dogs.

I am pretty happy with the Kimber Kables that I've been using, but really want to try out the MIT's.

This is why after 8 years I don't have 10K posts. I don't post on cable debates. Dammit, I just did. What's wrong with ketchup on hot dogs??

I got a good pair of Signal's type 4's for my fronts. I will be using Monoprice 12g. for my surrounds ,and Monoprice interconnects. The way I see it, if I dont like them I can upgrade easily as they are inexpensive.

    My bad...Audioquest type4's.

Sorry guys, too much work, not enough sleep. Well guys, my whole take on speaker cables, interconnects, etc. is this....the money we spend on these should be relative to what equipment we are using, speakers, amps, source units etc. I see some people here recommending cables to members that cost more than the total cost of all their whole set-ups. I think its comical that someone would spend more interconnects than they did on anything else. My 2 cents...peace.
