Airtunes + PSWi225

Is anyone else using Airtunes or Apples Airport Express base stations with a PSWi225?
I think I've found a bug or wireless issue when using the two products together. I've already reported this to Polk CS, just wondering if anyone else is using these two together and is having the same issue?
Bscially I'm getting drop outs when streaming via airtunes. When I unplug my PSWi225 the problem goes away.
Before anyone starts, I've been in IT for over 15 years and yes I've tried different channels, settings, 2.4ghz, 5ghz, etc. etc. Even multiple wireless routers, updated firmware on airport express base stations, etc.

I have a lot of experience with Airport Products. I have found hardwiring the Airport express to the network works the best for streaming music.
Drop outs as you probably already know being a IT guy that the wireless band is getting interfered here. I assume you WIFI spy'd both ways? On and OFF. I have used the PSWi225 with a Airport extreme as a WAP and didn't experience this issue.
I'd like to know what your solution is when you figure it out.
I am curious what router your using and what is your configuration you are currently using? Are you using a Airport Extreme router? They do have the 5g network internally , but being I IT guy you already know that.Dan
