Can I use this Polk amp with my polk DB521's

I recently purchased a pair of polk DB521 5.25 inch speakers for my truck. I am now looking into purchasing an amplifier. Would the Polk Audio PA330 Bass Boost 300W Class AB 2Ch Car Amp amp work with these speakers, or would it be too much for them?
