When I go to Vermont I get this corncob smoked bacon. At first I didn't like it, but after a few times I grew to love it! The people that sell it have a small shop with all the syrup, and maple products. You can't get top notch bacon in any of the grocery stores around here. Also vennie sausage made with fennel seed is slamming for breakfast.

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

    I made one this morning!

Lou's lovely wife kept the "help" fed with a steady flow of that Jersey Breakfast at Polkfest too!

    People just don't know.

Fried egg, fried pork roll, a couple slices of American cheese, lots of black pepper and a pinch of salt on a Kaiser roll! Heaven on a bun!

John, I couldn't tell you...I haven't had spam since camping at the age of 16? All those Monty Python routines didn't help promote this product either.

I voted for bacon but having grown up in the Cincinnati area the #1 breakfast side meat was Goetta. Unless you're from the greater Cincinnati area you probably have no idea what it is. Google it and you'll see. It's sooooooo.... good.

Brilliant! :-) Pepperoni. Just like bacon, but with more grease and less meat!
    Good stuff.
