Any rollout timeline yet?

I wonder how one would characterize it tonally? I was hoping that the roll-out demo at places like Magnolia would be ready before Christmas (when I usually have more time to stroll around stores). Oh well..
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

After the first of the year was my understanding.

I also want to get my ears on them. I'd like to bring them into my shop where I have access to a few different amps to try them on.

It has been awhile since I got excited about speakers. 707 looks sexy and upper-class. Wonder how it sounds, that's for sure.

Next year. Earlier for some lucky souls.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

indeed. The floorstanders at the Fest were absoulutely great sounding when given clean current and nice electronics upstream. The sound was involving and the look of them is excellent.

The old LSi series is in the dark ages.

the 15's were there but we never did it, just too much going on. I can tell you though from prior experience the staging, imaging, sense of acoustic space, extension were there. I was digging it like no new Polk and that was with a prototype crossover outside the box.

I am excited about these and have been collecting gear for a new rig to play with them. First box I have been looking forward too in quite a while.

Only caveat is the aforementioned need for some nice gear and power, they will reveal upstream nasties.

I guess I would add at the risk of hearesy that I liked these new Polks better than SDA. The King is dead, Long live the King. A more refined speaker.

I gotta get a demo pair to try out. If they fly I would like to use them in my future 2 channel system.
