Clue for me was I could see wrench marks on those 17mm bolts but nothing on the brake line itself. The previous owner had those brakes replaced some 3 to 4 times some or not all of them with new rotors. So I thinking theres some way this rotor comes off without all the fuss.

Well you can say you now know how to do your front brakes.You wont need to look at the front brakes for another 50k toyota's are good on brakes, just the rear brake wheel cyclinders pack it in and leak every 2 years or so.But thats another job.
