I'm with Leroy!!! How do you know it's the same guy??

I also don't see how you lost the table. I had an issue with a tonearm I sold and he had to send it back to me..

IMO I don't see eBay and paypal making you eat the table. He would have to show with tracking # that he sent it back. The only way I can see this happen is if you have no proof that you sent it in the first place!!

You can also file a charge back with your bank as long as you have proof you sold it and shipped it...

Unless you left money in your paypal if so I would raise hell with paypal be a thorn in there side talk to people in a higher position.. I wouldn't let it die if it was me..

Sorry but there are things you can do here..

    Just my .02

Paypal takes the credit card. There is nothing I can do with my bank. I also had to provide proof of shipment to Paypal to file the claim. If you check the buyers feedback you will see two updated feed backs with credit card charge backs.

Then file a claim with your credit card!!!

Another thing is with eBay hiding identity how do you two guys know that this guy purchased from both of you?? He would not know he got a table from you as well as you wouldn't know he bought a table from him!! and if he knew why would he send the table in the first place!!!

I hate to say it but something seems funny on your side of the story here..

    ???????????????

If you check this buyers feed back you can see where two of us have left the same update. Idents are not hidden in feed back. Only in bidding are idents hidden.

Your right, but I still don't see why that guy sent that table. I always read feedback..

Not sure what you can do if all doors are closing on you..

    Goodluck!!

If it were me I'd pay him a surprise visit. Complaining to us doesn't do anything. I appreciate the heads up, but you already know what needs to be done.

I am sorry if you think I am complaining to you. This is just a heads up that ebay is getting less safe to do business as a seller.

This other seller sent his out before I updated my feed back. The buyer did his second charge back after he won his first charge back against me. I hope paypal can now see the writing on the wall.

Note that the fraudulent buyer has feedback indicating he bought a small gun holster. This guy is a real crook, maybe does armed robbery. Obviously he needs to protect himself. If you visit him, shoot first!

I realize it's a heads up. I even thanked you for it. Post his real name and address on this forum. That's the best heads up you can give.

Personally, all this "I don't know what to do" stuff makes me ill. They guy stole from you, and you know where he lives. Grow a pair, or go talk to the ex-drill sergeant about nambi pambi land. Obviously ebay aint gonna do ****.
