ps450 not working

i have a ps450. the power to the unit is clean and the cable from receiver to sub is good. the indicator light on the unit is on and green...yet no sound??

    Is the sub turned on in your receiver's settings? If so you can try an alternate wiring using speaker cables to the sub, and then out to the speakers from the sub. At least then you will know if it's the output on the receiver.
