iSonic Media Center will Play DVDs/CDs

My iSonic media center will not play dvds/cds they load ok but never play the content. One of the error messages is "loading software" but it never loads.

Please Help

    OK will do.

    However the error is:

    before loading a disc the DVD/CD screen displays message "no disc" after inserting a disc
    (dvd or cd) the screen displays "loading disc" then after a minute or two the message reverts back to "no disc"
