Neither - The new Palm 2!

Ok, not the "biggest and bestest!" phone out there, but it is hands down the best OS (imo).
I've tried all the other phones, and I always come back to my Palm Pre Plus (Verizon). The Pre 2 gets an upgraded processor and storage, as well as the new WebOS 2.0.

They are all good phones , it really comes down to what you want it to do. If you are a MAC / APPLE user then the iphone is a no brainer , if you are a heavy PC Windows guy then all the other phones are a coin toss.

The Samsung is very nice as a guy at work has one and it does just about everything the Iphone can do. Others at work have Droid's and they are very nice.

Personally I have owned the last 3 Iphones and have no desire to use anything else. The new Iphone 4 is amazing. But again I'm a Apple guy so it fits with in my Iworld.

    +1

I was a blackberry man before the Iphone and owned just about every blackberry from the pearl to the bold and everything in between. I have owned windows based phones also but none can touch the iphone4. I currently own the Iphone4 and I have not seen a phone that can touch it. Just my humble opinion.

If you want a phone every soccer mom has get an Iphone, if you want a man's phone get the X:D

Seriously, the only thing the Iphone has againest it IMO its not on Verizon.

I went from BB Storm to Droid X and really it. It is a bit too big and I have to lock the screen when I put back in the case or I stand the chance of hitting the phone icon and calling someone on accident.

Once the Iphone is on Verizon I will switch.

I dont think there's a 'best phone.' There's several phones out there that meet different people's different needs. The 'iPhone is the best' is just fanboi talk and nothing more...and it seems apple is plagued with it more than most brands.

I personally don't consider the iPhone 4 to be a great phone. It seems to have too many problems and limitations compared to the other stuff that's out there. But if you're looking for apps, you can't beat the selection.

I have Google's Nexus One and I love it. It has its quirks, but its a great phone and i love the OS. Some people love Apple's OS and thats great. Like I said, it's all in what you personally like.

I'm really not a windows fan (on phones anyway), but some people like it. Having said that, it seems like Apple, BlackBerry, and Android are dominating Windows in almost every way.

For me, with the offerings out there, I would do with android. I might change my mind when the next iPhone comes out though, who knows. I do think its odd when its rumored to have 1.2-1.5 GHz phones coming out later this year that apple would put a 1Ghz proc in their phone and then underclock it to 600Mhz.
