Happy BDay, Ken! My sister was born on my parents' 2nd anniversary. My parents (both born on the same day of the year) have their birthday the day after mine! That's family planning!

Little lat but Happy Birthday :)
Thank you! It's also my parents' 65th wedding anniversary (two years between the events I always have to mention). I could only find cards going up to 60, I was tempted to get them a 60 and a 5 and send both. My wife and I are putting pieces of paper in a hat for destinations for today. Either drive to Amish country, go to DC, or go to the Eastern shore.
I hope everyone has as nice a day as me.
    Take care, Ken
WOW! This is something else, 65 is the age my father died. I'm in awe with 65th wedding anniversary

I wish you and your parents many more anniversaries :)

Thank you! My wife and I ended up going to Maryland's eastern shore and had lunch in St. Michaels. Then we took a ferry from Bellevue to Oxford and walked around for a while. There's an inn there that Robert Morris lived in. He was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and a major financier of the American revolution and, as it turns out, a relative of my wife's grandmother. We enjoyed a beer in the inn's tavern and the bar maid was a wealth of helpful information. Then we drove to Easton and walked around there for a while. We saw the Avalon Theater where we're going to hear Robert Cray perform in a few weeks. Back to B-more and a great veggie burger at the Hamilton Tavern.
I asked my mom how she wanted to celebrate their anniversary and she asked for a train ride! So, this Friday we're taking my folks on the Western Maryland Scenic Railway from Cumberland to Frostburg. It's pulled by a 1916 Baldwin steam locomotive and goes around Helmsteader's curve and a nice long tunnel. My dad used to hitch train rides, when he was a kid, on the old C&P Railroad which tracks the Western Maryland Scenic uses now.
    Take care, Ken

The weather was absolutely beautiful, clear bright blue skies, mild temperatures. Really great views driving over the Bay Bridge and on the ferry.
