Yep I'm an AFC West fan, of course I have to ride my Broncos but I know they are a year or two away from being a team to beat, and I am wanting tha Chargers to kill it this year in the west. Not only was it bad they lost and how they played (well the QB did his job) but they lost to the Raiders!!!

C'mon....the pundits were saying the Chargers would be undefeated until they met a 'tough' team (Patriots at week..what...7 or 8?).

Puleezz....the Chargers I've been watching are sloppy, lazy, self-destructing, and somehow....play down to the opponents they are supposed to crush.

And the "Special Teams".....the only thing "special" is that maybe they should ride the 'short bus'.....no offense....

At least we can all be honest now - including the experts, the fans, and those of us who had hoped for something more..... we can all now look for other teams to root for - cuz the Chargers.....SUCK!!

"Dork" Turner has ruined enough teams - fire his ****....

I'm a Cowboys fan. Can I borrow your brown paper bag? With the way things are going, it may be a permenant loan. :(

Eagles / bronco's / Steelers fan here. I'm at a loss with my teams this year. So much has changed.

The AFC west is usually a great division to watch. I actually route for the "others" when they play "other" teams.

The Chargers always suck until November under Norv, then for some reason they start playing. My theory is the warm San Diego weather heals the body quicker.

Nah....this year the truth sinks in and the facade crumbles...

AJ Smith needs to get some staff to light a fire in the bellies of the players.

Or SD fans will have to tolerate yet another team and another season of 'oh well - they tried...maybe next year...'

I'm so f-in' tired of that sos.

The Chargers are awesome in comparison to the Panthers.

Atleast you guys scored a touchdown...

I think its the coach. SD has a lot of talent and I think Phillip Rivers is as good a QB as is playing today. I just think good ole Norv is over his head, kinda like Wade Phillips and Jim Caldwell.

MY RAIDERS WERE AWESOME TODAY!!! raiders fan will live and die with their team, cant say the same for the Chargers. i lived in SD for some 12 years or so. the Chargers are some or the worse fans i have ever seen. i have met a few Die Hard ones. but i bet a lot of them took their Charger Flags down today as i have seen countless times in the pass.

Well, at least you guys didn't get suckered into building Jerry's Palace to the tune of $1,300,000,000 based on highlight reels of Aikman, Smith, and Irvin from the early 90's. :(

I'm sure you can say this about alot of teams, but the 49ers really don't look that far off. You take away 3 or 4 plays and they win that game last night.

You can see that they do have potential to be good, they just have to put it all together in one game.

The fans booing Smith last night was painful to watch, I'll never understand why fans boo their own team. I loved how Smith came out the next two series and threw touchdown passes.

    You stay classy San Francisco!

The universe must be ripping apart with all of these teams doing terrible and my Detroit Lions blowing the Rams out. Cats and dogs must be snuggling somewhere.

Glad I spent the time working on wiring the home theater instead of watching every play of the game.

I was putting up the Halloween decorations and watching the game - at least I did get something positive out of the morning.

And the Chargers really expect SD to pay for a new stadium?

    Not....

I like how they keep getting introduced as the best offense and best defense in the NFL prior to each game and then they lose. :D

Fire A. J. (the Egomaniac) and Norv (the non-motivator). They need to bring in a disciplinarian coach (not a Yes Man) and a GM who value the team first (instead of his ego).
