bass shaker hook up

i have a cheepo sony av rcvr i use just for movies...the sw connection on the back is mono! can i hook up 2 bass shakers into the subwoofer wires? would it be series? + to +? ''

    The SW connection will not power the subs. You need to run the bass shakers with a separate amp and the SW connects to the amp input.

    Partsexpress sells some pretty decent Dayton subwoofer amps for around 100 bucks. I had the bass shakers in a HT setup and they worked pretty good.
