Two DSW Micropro 3000 no RF on one

One responds to the remote the other doesn't so I can't do the set up function with the mic. Anything I can try or a waranty issue.

I just bought them but these were the last 2 and they are not carrying the Micropro models any more.

    There are two remote styles for this series subwoofer. If you have the older remote style, you may have trouble doing the calibration if it doesnt have the home button on it.

    Also, very important
    do a Reset

    It restores the woofer’s settings to factory presets.
    Hold down the reset button on the remote for two (2) seconds.

    How do you have them wired up ? Do you have them wired in series or did you split the signal to go to both subs?
