While a Denon 3311CI properly drive Lsi9 and a LsiC?

    I don't see anything about it being rated for 4ohm operation, so I would say no.

    The specs say that it has "low impedance drice capability", but it doesn't say that it's stable at 4 ohms. You'll need a separate amplifier that is 4 ohm stable to get the most out of the LSi's, and to protect your speakers and AVR. That Denon has 7.2 channels of preouts, so it would make a fine pre amp.

    I've got the 3311ci powering the mids/highs of my Rti A7s. I'm going with a parasound amp in a few days and plan to use the preouts as well. Even bi-amped with an Onkyo amp, I think a dedicated amp will do more.
    ALL BOXED UP for a while until I save up for a new place :(

    Welcome to Club Polk Hungaro.

    Start looking at new or used amps. Your Polks will not operate to their full potential with just a receiver.

    I always recommend getting at least a 200wpc @ 8ohms, this way you will have enough power to drive almost any speakers now & in the future.
