Serial 9025803
Left speaker has signal but has lost bass.
Dissassembled, and everything is hooked up. No obvious burn outs. I've checked amp and wiring. No problems there.
I'm getting minimal sound from woofer.
Suspect problem with woofer or crossover?
Where can I get parts?
THANK YOU!!!!

Hello,
Welcome to CP Forum. It is most likely that the woofer is not working. Try this test. Remove the woofer from the cabinet, disconnect it from the crossover. Then, at a very low volume, try powering it directly from your receiver. If there's no sound it has a blown voice coil and would have to be replaced. You can call Polk's CS folks on Tuesday at 1-800-377-7655.

Welcome to Polk.
With the power OFF gently and evenly push in on the woofer. It should move freely in and out with no scratchy feel or sound.
IF it doesn't move freely or is locked up there's your problem.
IF moving freely then switch woofers between cabinets. Power back up and see if the problem follows the woofer or stays in the cabinet.
