MW6600 siezed..now what to do.

I bought a pair of Polk MW6600 speakers on Ebay and received them today. One of the speakers is siezed, and noticed the magnet is way off center. Can this be fixed and if so how. I am a technician so any help would be much appreciated. I really don't want to trash it.

I repaired the speaker the way it is done in the thread. Tricky job , now it it is perfect.

Glad it worked out for you and your right it is a bit of a tricky job to say the least.
