Polk Momo MMC6500 crossover problem

Hey, I have a set of Polk MMC6500 components. I've been having some trouble with my speakers lately, I pulled the speakers and crossover out the car and after some troubleshooting it seems like one of the capacitors is bad on the crossover.
It's a small ceramic cap but I've been googling for awhile and can't seem to find out the specs to purchase a new one and swap it out.
Here's the markings on the cap:
R60
065
722A
Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated!!

Nvm it's not even a capacitor, it certainly looked like one...seems like something else is wrong then.
My tweeter basically plays intermittently but even when it does play it has a lot of noise or fuzziness when playing. I measured the impedance of the tweeter by itself and it's about 5.4 ohms. The midrange measures 3.3 ohms. Midrange speaker seems to be working fine. I am running the crossover in single mode with the input going in to the tweeter in. -
Yes I took it out of the housing, what sort of signs should I be looking for to see if the traces are damaged? Something weird was going on though, because the impedance I measured at the tweeter input with both tweeter and midrange connected at the output was around 0.4-0.5 ohms. After I took it out of the plastic housing, it appeared one of the wires connected to the switch on the bottom may have been pinching another pin, it's possible this was the problem as now I am measuring closer to 4 ohms.
