    Buy from Dan with confidence. A GREAT transaction and a GREAT price on the M1.4's.

    I "almost" pulled the trigger on the Transparents when you first offered them Dan, but the $$ was just a bit too high.

    I heard through the grapevine a relative or in-law of yours might have more M1.4 for sale? What say you about this?

    umm well ahh maybe .....**** dude you would be on top of the list.....anytime man.LOL
    As for the damn house,they are putting in the damn curbs.The dish washer went in this week and I called a meeting with the builder and the real estate agent to MOTIVATE THEM.
    Building a new house has been the worse experience in my entire life.I never experienced stress like this.We have been waiting a long time.I wanted to get out of the deal long ago due to the extreme time period......which was never addressed up front.If I only knew then.........
    Well it's right there to be finished.The theater will go under construction asap.......I should have finished it by now if the damn house was finished.
    I will have a open Invite when all is said and done.

    thanks, look it on the bright side, it gives you sometimes to save coins for those damn expensive furnitures! We definitely underestimated the money it takes to furnish the house...I'll bring the Merlot to celebrate when it's ready for showtime!

    Look on the bright side, not everybody has the incentive and opportunity to refinance three times before they move into their new home... ;) Here's hoping it's not too much longer.

    Yeah, I blew a gasket on that one........you are correct, Mike. Thanks for setting my noodle straight! I'll email that guy in the future if I get the M1.4 itch for the center.
